Rob Rose, Cerner Corporation Rob Rose is a Sr. Director in Cerner's Digital Factory organization. Rob and his team are responsible for standardizing the build, delivery, and operations of various products across multiple cloud implementations and regulatory expectations. He makes an impact on Cerner and their clients by advancing the adoption of cloud native principles and contemporary approaches to drive business results in a timely manner. Recently, Rob has been socializing the use of Tanzu Application Platform (TAP) after experiencing several years of success proliferating the use of Tanzu Application Service (TAS) throughout Cerner. His primary passion and focus is assisting internal teams with the modernization, automation, and delivery of their products.

Alex Luttschyn, VMware Tanzu Alex leads Americas Sales for VMware Tanzu Labs based in Chicago, IL. He is a 20-year enterprise sales leader responsible for growing the $200m+ services business within VMware Tanzu business unit. VMware Tanzu Labs partners with organizations worldwide to accelerate the delivery of software and modernize legacy infrastructures and applications while reducing operating costs and risk. Alex has held sales leadership roles for the past 12 years prior to the VMware acquisition of Pivotal including General Manager, U.K., Pivotal Software. He led the Global Cloud Native Services Sales team expanding Pivotal Labs’ presence to over 20 offices around the world. He was a charter sales leader at Greenplum Software during its acquisition by EMC and prior to that had an 8-year sales career at Sun Microsystems.

Ozzie Guillen, Former MLB Player and World Series Manager Ozzie Guillen played in Major League Baseball as a shortstop for 16 seasons, primarily with the Chicago White Sox. During that time, he won the American Rookie of the Year Award and a Gold Glove. He was considered one of the best defensive shortstops of his era. Guillen later managed the Chicago White Sox from 2004 to 2011, winning the World Series In 2005, Guillen became the first Latino manager in major league history to win a World Series when he captained the Chicago White Sox to their first championship in 88 years. Guillén was respected for his passion, speed, hustle, intensity, and defensive abilities and his ebullient love for the game. Guillen has found post-managerial success as a baseball analyst with NBC Chicago Sports and Co-host of Baseball Video podcast Guillen's World. Ozzie Is married with 3 kids and 2 grandkids Adela and Ozzie “Oso”. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his grandkids. |
